Refund policy

General Policy: At Más Bonita, LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items purchased with a discount or as final sale 

  • Used or damaged items not caused by a defect

Return Process: 

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@masbonita.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. xfIf you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer service team at hello@masbonita.com.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@masbonita.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item.

  • We will provide a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item. A replacement item will be sent to you at no additional cost.

Sale and Promotional Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items or items purchased during a promotion are non-refundable.
